The Production Manager reports to the Operations Manager

Job purpose:
To safely and efficiently manage the Production activities within the Miskar Asset at Hannibal Plant and Miskar Platform whilst maximizing production, increasing availability and minimizing costs.
He/she will take a strategic view of the Miskar asset operations and look to identify and implement changes that will improve the contribution of the operation to overall business performance.
The Production Manager reports to the Miskar Asset Manager who lays down policies, standards and procedures within which the Production Manager will act, managing a multi-disciplined team responsible for the safe and cost effective operation and maintenance of the onshore and offshore plant.
The importance of the facility is emphasized by the business need to ensure operational reliability and availability to deliver gas in accordance with the demands of BG Tunisia and Société Tunisienne de L'Electricité et du Gaz (STEG).
Accountabilities:
Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all managers are accountable for HSSE within their area of the Business and are responsible for ensuring that their team adopts exemplary HSSE behaviors.
o Manages and controls onshore and offshore operations such that production of natural gas and condensate is safely maximized to meet contractual requirements and overall performance targets. Maintain the highest possible availability and production efficiency of the Asset.
